Community Relief Funding

TDT maintain an emergency reserve to enable quick response to flood, drought or famine in Teso. Working with our partners we respond to enable the protection of the most vulnerable.

The woman in the picture cares for her orphaned grandchildren in the one hut. When flood came she was provided with food and  a tarpaulin that enabled her to have somewhere that the family could sleep on dry ground until the floods subsided. She now hires it out as part of the labouring offering she offers to her neighbours.
